To help ensure freshness and excellent quality, our pies are made from scratch, in small batches. Once baked, they are cooled and then frozen to preserve the integrity of the product. Our production process is strategically designed to help ensure our clients receive a superior product. Our pies, kept frozen, has a 1-year shelf life from date of manufacture, once thawed, they have a 7-day shelf life in the fridge. These product lines are only available for our local wholesale customers. Individually packed and labeled, retail ready options are also available.
